These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the use of the Website and services as offered by Vitality Medical & Research Center (referred to below as “We”, “Us”, “Our” etc.) by individuals (referred to below as “You”, “Your” etc.).
Website access and the use of its content are subject to the usage stipulations provided hereinafter. The act of accessing and browsing this Website implies that the internet user fully and unreservedly accepts the following stipulations.

Licenses: Vitality Medical & Research Center provides medical services under the License for conducting business activities in medical practice issued according to the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 1689 dated December 21, 2017 and provide services in the sphere of stem cells under the License for conducting business activities of banks of umbilical cord blood, other human tissues and cells according to the list approved by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 1706 dated September 20, 2018

Vitality Medical & Research Center is the owner of the Website’s domain name.
The entirety of the Website, as well as its components (in particular text, structure, software, animated items, photographs, videos, illustrations, drawings, graphic representations, logos, etc.) are creative works protected by Law of Ukraine «About copyright and related rights» dated December 23, 1993 № 3792-XII. They are the sole property of Vitality Medical & Research Center; the latter is the sole party authorized to use the said intellectual property and related personality rights, creative works, software, databases, interpretations and image rights, as the originator or through a formal authorization or license.
Use of all or part of the Website, particularly by means of downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or circulation, for purposes other than personal and private use and with a non-commercial aim by the Internet user is strictly prohibited.
